We want you to be happy with your Bailando Surf purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

Because some Bailando Surf products are made to order, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

• change of mind

• incorrect size or color selection by the customer

• differences in color caused by screen settings

• minor variations inherent to handmade or made-to-order production

If we have made an error or the item is defective, we will review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
